About This Course
When employees start to underperform a change in attitude towards the environment and work as whole changes. Productivity is lost and the company loses out on valuable skills working to their highest capability. Sometimes personally a person may lose the value of what they want from their company to drive them towards success.
This course identifies the values and beliefs of the individual and provides tools and techniques to enhance their identity and find new goals. The workshop provides coping techniques and self-management within the workplace.
Requirements
A good foundation of communication. Each learner must have a computer with MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
The workshop will only run at a minimum of 5.
