About This Course
Online systems to gather information and communicate such as the Internet and Email has changed the way we work.
This course is a way to utilise the Internet and Email in an appropriate manner related to good business practices. The correct etiquette is taught to guide the learners towards professional outputs.
A learner attending will also learn how to use a browser effectively to search, work with email applications and tools and work with collaborative tools.
Requirements
A good foundation of communication and numeracy would be required. Each learner will have to have a computer with Internet access and MS Outlook.
The workshop will only run at a minimum of 5.
